Factory flywheels are heavy and large in diameter. It takes an immense amount of power just to get them rotating, but with an aluminum flywheel takes less than half that.
Fidanza Aluminum Flywheels are made from 6061-T6 aluminum. The friction surface is an incredibly strong 1050 steel attached with Grade 8 button screws. These flywheels can be used with any type of clutch material. The ring gear is also made from 1050 steel and is heat treated for durability. Fidanza designs and builds flywheels with extreme precision.
